My Favorite Products from Plant People

Plant People is gaining some popularity as a CBD brand, so I wanted to try their products for myself to see what all the buzz is about. I came out on the other side with a few new products that I really enjoyed, and will likely be purchasing again!

CBD Oil Drops

One of my favorite things about Plant People is that they offer three different CBD oil tinctures, each one formulated to address a different issue. Whether you’re struggling with sleep issues, pain and inflammation, or want to promote general health and well being throughout your body, there’s a tincture for that.

CBD Strength: Options of 630mg (for Mind + Body tincture) or 720mg (for the Sleep and Relief tinctures) per 1oz bottle. Double bottles are also available for a longer lasting supply.

Price: The cost ranges from $40 to $130 depending on which type of CBD oil you choose, and how strong of a product you prefer.

Be Calm CBD Capsules

CBD for anxiety is one of the primary reasons people start using CBD products in the first place. So if you’re a stressed-out individual like myself, these Plant People capsules are formulated with natural stress-relieving herbs like albizia bark and flower, ashwagandha, and holy basil leaf, just to name a few.

CBD Strength: Each “Be Calm” capsule contains 15mg of CBD, plus 525mg of herbs.

Price: $59

Soothe+ CBD Balm + Relief

If you’re a skincare enthusiast like myself, adding CBD into your daily routine is a lifesaver. The nourishing and moisturizing benefits of CBD work wonders on my skin, plus it has natural antioxidants and anti-inflammatories that help heal the skin barrier.

CBD Strength: 515mg of total cannabinoids (includes CBD & CBC)

Price: $49

Other Products

In addition to my top product picks, Plant People also offers “Stay Sharp” capsules that are formulated with Nootropics for optimal cognitive health, as well as a face serum, face mask, and nourishing body lotion for all your skincare needs. If you’re interested in CBD gummies, you may want to shop another brand.

Where Do They Source Their Hemp From?

Plant People makes their CBD products from 100% organic hemp plants grown on Colorado farms that are fully compliant with the Colorado Department of Agriculture’s industrial hemp program.

Does Plant People Test Their Products?

The company has batch-specific certificates of analysis for each of their products. On their website you can find in-depth test results of cannabinoids, pesticides, heavy metals, microbiological contaminants, and other analyses that Plant People products go through to ensure they maintain the highest quality possible.

Pros

  • Extensive lab testing for each product
  • Full spectrum hemp extract
  • Variety of product styles and application methods

Cons

  • There are a couple of lab reports not available online (for the CBD face mask and nourishing body lotion)

Overall Review of Plant People

The co-founders of Plant People, Gabe Kennedy and Hudson Gaines-Ross, believe in doing right by people and the planet with the help of plant based products. They strive to create natural products with real healing potential, and customers can expect high quality CBD no matter what they choose to purchase from this brand.
