Statement from JustCBD Regarding Remedy Review Testing

Remedy Review sent leading CBD products for third-party lab testing. One of those products, JustCBD 550mg tincture, failed a test for label accuracy. The 550mg tincture (retail $74.99) had the CBD content of a 50mg tincture (retail $15.00). Below is the statement we received from JustCBD.

JustCBD was founded to provide consumers with a brand they can trust, a company that assures the quality of their product and consistently delivers high-end products of the highest purity, whose contents are exactly as stated on the label.

We appreciate Remedy Reviews taking an interest in JustCBD products and their bringing attention to a lab result they found with one of our products. We consider any question of our products purity, taste, and consumers insight very serious. A key to our growth has been getting feedback on our products from consumers and third parties and using the input to keep innovating and creating superior products.

After we became aware of the allegation, we immediately contacted the manufacturer who has provided a statement regarding the sanctity of the product they produced for JustCBD.

We are also attaching a recent lab report from our own independent testing. As the manufacturer statement says, many possible factors could have produced a faulty test result.

As a company, we never have never received a negative lab test from any 3rd party claiming what appeared on the bottle was not one hundred percent accurate. Over the past several months, we have begun manufacturing many of our own products. Our plan is by the end of the 2nd quarter of 2019 to be manufacturing 100% of our products. We have begun a policy of doubleblind lab testing on all our products since the start of 2019 and are implementing a farm to a retail QR code with each batch which will roll out by the beginning of the 3rd quarter.

As a company we stand behind our entire product line and will continue to strive for quality, purity, and accuracy across everything we produce, market, and distribute. We will take quick action to replace any product which does not completely live up to our overriding quality philosophy.
