Former NFL Player Launches CBD Brand

By Sarah Ryan

Former Seattle Seahawks Linebacker Lofa Tatupu is a walking testimony of what CBD can do for the mind and body. Since retirement, he claims that CBD has restored the connection between his mind and body after years of physical challenges in the NFL. According to Fox Business, Tatupu said that after “Ten surgeries, multiple concussions, the mind-body connection was just not there anymore.” Tatupu says that CBD started to bring it all back within a matter of days.

He feels so strongly about the positive effects of CBD on his life that he co-launched the company called ZoneIn CBD. What is important to him is not pushing a product to sell, but helping people improve their lifestyles by using ZoneIn CBD is a way of life. After starting CBD use, he no longer needs anti-inflammatories or sleep aids. The compound has improved his life so much that he wants others to experience these same lifestyle changes.

It was then that I realized the transformative power of CBD and the idea of ZoneIn was born.”

So what sets ZoneIn CBD apart from other brands? First of all, ZoneIn is managed by an all-star collection of professionals. According to their website, this “powerhouse team” is comprised of “professional athlete investors and partners who all believe in the power of CBD and are active participants in the brand’s development.” The scientific advisory board for ZoneIn CBD includes “leading authorities on the cannabidiol’s (CBD) role on the mind and body.”

The second difference is the CBD formula. ZoneIn CBD contains full-spectrum hemp extract created through a “specific process to preserve all cannabinoids, not just CBD,” which provides “synergistic effects for overall performance.” ZoneIn CBD is formulated for a faster recovery to help your body replenished itself. These CBD products allow you to “zone in” through targeting mind-body-movement. Available in sublingual or capsule form, the effect of each differs in terms of timing.

Fox Business asked Tatupu what he thinks about the future of CBD in the NFL. Even though the NFL currently prohibits use of CBD by current players, Tatupu thinks change might happen. He said, “I love the NFL first of all, and I’m not about to tell them how to do business.” He mentions that they are “revisiting their policy on it” in 2020, where “hopefully then we can see some changes made.”

ZoneIn CBD stresses that they are committed to safety and quality, and they carefully source and manufacture their hemp extracts within the United States. All products are reviewed by their scientific board, including PhDs and CBD experts.
