When you regularly engage your mind fully through flow practice or meditation, you’ll be better able to shed emotional stress and focus on tasks at work.
The T.V., laptop, cell phone, tablet, and all other digital devices that surround you are oftentimes doing more harm than good to your mental health and work productivity. Too much screen time can kill your focus and cause detriment on your relationships. Instead of checking your social, spend time with your friends or on activities that give you joy. Resist the temptation to check your phone every time it dings, and eventually you’ll be able to easily balance your screen time with your “real time.”
