1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup puffed rice cereal
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup chopped dried fruit (or dark chocolate chips)
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut sugar

Since CBD tinctures are a natural oil based plant extract, they tend to pair well with vinaigrettes and other dressings to create a tasty addition to any salad. This recipe has been modified from its original version to incorporate both CBD oil and hemp seed oil as ingredients, which provides added nutritional value along with a distinctly nutty flavor profile.
3 tablespoons of hemp seed oil
1 tablespoon of CBD oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
4 cloves garlic chopped/minced
1/8 tsp pepper
Whisk all ingredients together until fully incorporated.
Let sit for an hour so the flavor of the garlic comes through.

For this recipe, you’ll likely want to use a coconut oil based, flavorless CBD oil so the desired taste of your cookies isn’t altered due to the addition of a hemp-derived product. These chocolate chip CBD cookies are a perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth while getting a dose of CBD in the process.
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup softened butter
0.5 oz CBD oil
2 teaspoons hot water
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the softened butter mixed with CBD tincture, brown sugar, and white sugar in a bowl and cream until smooth. Then, beat in the eggs one at a time before softly stirring in the vanilla extract.
Dissolve the baking soda into the hot water and then add it to the batter alongside the salt. Then, slowly stir in the chocolate chips, nuts (if you want them), and the flour.
Drop large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans, then bake for about 10 minutes (or until the edges start to turn a golden brown.)
When making a marinade, CBD oil is an easy addition that allows proteins like steak, chicken, or tofu to absorb the CBD and other flavorful ingredients for a delicious infused meal. *Bonus Recipe: Finishing (CBD) Oil
For an easy way to add CBD to any meal, you can use CBD oil as the finishing touch to your favorite pastas, cream sauces, or other dishes that would pair well with the subtle flavor of hemp, or opt for a flavorless tincture if you aren’t a fan of its earthy taste.
What are the benefits of ingesting CBD?
CBD extracted from hemp plants has gained much attention for its potential health benefits, which have shown to help people with pain, sleep issues, anxiety and depression, as well as an array of other symptoms.
While there are plenty of other ways to take CBD, ingesting the compound with food is sometimes preferred for people that don’t enjoy the taste of hemp oil, or for those that want a smaller dose absorbed by the body over a longer period of time.
What to Know Before Cooking with CBD Oil
Many of the recipes that we’ve listed here don’t require any heat, which is a good thing when it comes to making CBD-infused meals. Like any other plant compound, CBD can be destroyed when met with high temperatures. We recommend that you avoid putting direct heat on CBD oil while cooking, as this can cause a break down of cannabinoids and terpenes that are responsible for many of the wellness advantages associated with CBD. Additionally, you should only ingest high quality CBD oil products from companies that share their lab test results, hemp source, and other important information with consumers.
